Welcome! I’m on a mission to create free Bible study resources that make reading scripture feel more engaging + easier to comprehend.
My hope is for this resource to help you find a deeper level of enjoyment + intrigue when reading scripture - because It shouldn’t take a seminary degree to know + love God’s word.
It wasn’t until I started including scripture into my everyday life that I found the fullness of life that Jesus offers - I hope you’ll join me!
I attended the University of Georgia before studying the Bible at Dallas Theological Seminary. For the past five years, I have been working in ministry at my local church. I currently live in Atlanta, GA with my husband Austin + our dog Molly.

The materials will all be free, online resources.
The website I am creating will feature a chapter-by-chapter summary of each book of the Bible. Yes, the entire Bible!
My goal is to highlight the overall story of scripture and emphasize the consistent themes that run throughout.
I’ve also included discussion questions and reading plans for each book. These can be used for small-group environments or individual studies. Working in ministry, I’ve realized the importance of thoughtful questions and meaningful conversation.

For someone new to reading the scriptures, this could serve as an overview or a roadmap. For someone more experienced, it could serve as a quick reference guide or refresher. I'm hopeful that it will serve both first-time Bible readers and sermon-prepping pastors alike.

The website will launch on May 26th, 2024 with the books of Old Testament Law, History, and Poetry as well as the Gospels and New Testament Letters.
When it goes live, it will have forty-seven of the sixty-six books available. The Books of Old Testament Prophecy as well as the books of Acts and Revelation will be added throughout 2024.

Once the site launches, there will be plenty of opportunities to support our mission. For now, sign up for our email list below for updates and consider contributing financially.

The name “Everyday Scripture” came from a note in the margins of my Bible.
In reference to meditating on God’s word + delighting in God’s nearness, I wrote this sentence: “I want to feel like this everyday.”
While creating the chapter-by-chapter summary, I realized this note was written in the longest chapter of the Bible: Psalm 119.
It wasn’t until I started including scripture in my daily routine that I discovered the fullness of life that Jesus offers. I love how God uses everyday, ordinary people to tell one incredible story.
